My passion is delivering health and healthcare to underserved communities. With that in mind, I accepted the appointment as Chairman of the Board for TOTAL Diversity Clinical Trial Management because I strongly believe in what TOTAL is doing as industry’s first full-service Diversity Organization. TOTAL’s mission of increasing and sustaining diversity in clinical trials and making a difference in quality of life for all individuals, aligns with my passion and my purpose.

Jerome Adams
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Jerome Adams, MD, MPH, also currently serves as Executive Director of Health Equity Initiatives at Purdue University. He formerly served as the 20th United States Surgeon General and as a member of the President’s COVID-19 task force, where he was at the forefront of America’s most pressing health challenges throughout the pandemic, including working with companies to increase diversity in vaccine trials.

Dr. Diana, Ph.D., is a seasoned CEO with years of experience in clinical research as a business owner, leader, author, and well-known expert in patient enrollment and site engagement strategy. She is a passionate advocate of DEI in all clinical trials.

Melynda Geurts
Chief Commercial Officer
Melynda, MS, is a clinical research veteran with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the support of clinical trial operations, sales, and business services. Melynda joined TOTAL Diversity Clinical Trial Management in 2018 from DAC Patient Recruitment Services, where she was COO of the global patient recruitment innovator. She is an expert in diverse enrollment strategies.
Kristy Wort
Vice President, Clinical Operations
Kristy, BA, has more than 20 years of experience in clinical trial operations. She oversees multiple studies, managing operations, monitoring, support teams, and site administration. Kristy has expertise in global regulations, cultures, and customs relevant to successful project implementation in clinical trials. Kristy’s therapeutic experience spans women’s health, dermatology, hematology/oncology, rare diseases, nervous system, and endocrine/metabolic fields.

Marketing and Communications Director
Crystal, BA, is a marketing and communications professional with over 10 years of experience in strategy, company branding, and managing dynamic channels. Crystal is dedicated to promoting awareness of TOTAL’s unique products related to diversity in clinical trials through compelling social media content and effective marketing collateral.

Laquita, MPH, is a dedicated professional specializing in health promotion and community outreach. With a strong commitment to creating positive change, she excels in developing and implementing outreach programs tailored to diverse communities. Laquita has expertise in addressing the unique needs of marginalized populations, utilizing effective strategies to empower both research sites and communities.
Aaron Berg

Aaron is an accomplished financial executive, with a rich background encompassing over 15 years of hands-on involvement in clinical research operations across both CROs and research sites. Proficient in strategic planning, meticulous contracting, precise budgeting, and insightful analysis, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise to the table. As a pivotal member of the Total Diversity executive team, Aaron contributes invaluable insight and strategic prowess, positioning the organization for continued success and innovation in the dynamic landscape of clinical research.
